Cancellation Policy
- If we have not delivered on the selected delivery date, we will either refund you in full or redeliver your order. [This will not apply in case of any state wide/city wide declared emergency, natural calamities OR if incorrect address/telephone nos are provided]
- If the delivery on the selected delivery date has been done few hours later than committed time, we will either refund you the delivery charge paid for your order or offer compensation via discount vouchers
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to any issues from our end we will refund you in full.
- If we send the wrong product, we will resend the correct product. Please note that it may be necessary to return the original product received.
- Please note that all compensation will be in the form of a full or partial-refund against the original payment or in the form of discount vouchers for use in a future order.
- You may cancel the order 24 hrs in advance by sending an email to support@flowersnjoy.com with the Subject: Cancellation: Order No XXXX
